Tuition Deposits

Need to make a tuition deposit?

It's easy to make an online payment! Payments are handled via Paypal. You may use a credit card or Paypal account to make your payment. Please note, online payments are assessed an additional 3.1% plus 30 cents to cover processing fees.

You may also mail a check made out to Steele Cooperative Preschool ATTN ENROLLMENT 3441 W 39th Ave Denver CO 80211.

Scroll down to Other Amounts and enter in your tuition. The 3.1% processing fee will be added at the end of the checkout process, and will be noted as "Sales Tax". Please note on your payment form what you are paying for.

2010/11 Tuition Rates

These will be in effect for all deposits for the 2010/11 school year.

• Tadpoles - $60 (61.86 via Paypal)
• Polliwogs - $130 (134.03 via Paypal)
• Frogs - $200 (206.20 via Paypal)

Please note that online payments are assessed an additional 3.1% fee plus 30 cents, to cover processing charges. These additional fees are included in the prices listed below.

Recurring Payment/Subscription

You can now have your monthly payments made automatically! Use the appropriate "Recurring Payment" option below. Recurring payments will be made each month on the date you initiate payment. For example, if you make your first recurring payment on the 2nd, your tuition payment will be made on the 2nd of each month. Unfortunately, PayPal does not allow you to set a specific date for your recurring payments to occur, so make your first payment on the date you intend to have all future payments made.

To cancel a Recurring Payment/Subscription

use the "Unsubscribe" button for your payment amount, below. Please remember to cancel your recurring payments at the end of the school year, or if your child disenrolls from Steele mid-term.

2010-2011 Scholarship Application

Steele Cooperative Preschool values and supports families. We are pleased to offer our families a comprehensive scholarship program. Our ability to offer scholarships is dependent upon the financial condition of our preschool and available scholarship funds. Scholarship awards cover one academic school year (September–May).

APPLICATION PROCESS

Scholarships for the upcoming school year are applied for during the preceding spring enrollment period. Admission is determined first, independent of scholarship requests.  Recipients will be notified of awards before being asked to make a financial commitment to the preschool. Families who find themselves in need midyear are encouraged to apply at that time.

DEADLINE FOR SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

April 15^th **

** For families put on a waiting list or who accept positions at the school after the spring enrollment period, the scholarship application must be submitted within two weeks of accepting a position at the school to be considered. Scholarship decisions for these families will be made within two weeks of receiving the application.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Scholarship applications are kept strictly confidential and are reviewed solely by the Scholarship Committee, composed of the Treasurer, Board Chair, and Director. Scholarship decisions will be communicated to applicants by mail. Applications will be destroyed at the end of the school year.
